KINVARA singer/songwriter

Kinvara was classically trained as a young chorister at the world-renowned London Brompton Oratory, where she regularly performed at the Royal Opera House in productions such as The Nutcracker and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. She later studied performing arts at the London School of Dramatic Art, which further solidified her innate expressive capabilities.

Educated at the bilingual Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle, one of London’s most diverse schools, boasting over 40 nationalities. Kinvara grew up in an environment that celebrated cultural richness alongside academic excellence. Born into a family of artists and musicians, she was raised in a home where all genres of music were celebrated. This upbringing shaped her eclectic taste and profoundly personal style.

Fluent in both English and French, Kinvara writes and performs bilingually, with a gift for crafting evocative, emotive, and deeply poignant songs inspired by her daily observations and personal stories. Her inspiration often arises from the in-between moments of everyday life, which she transforms into powerful lyrics imbued with emotional depth, vulnerability, and poetic precision.
A prolific writer, she draws inspiration from a wide spectrum of artists including Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, The Civil Wars, Joni Mitchell, Alison Krauss, Robert Plant, James Bay, Stevie Wonder, and Amy Winehouse. Beyond songwriting, Kinvara is passionate about children’s literature and storytelling, actively exploring this world as an author and storyteller, a creative outlet where she channels her vivid imagination and love for narrative.

Her debut studio album, Fools and Lovers, is the culmination of her diverse influences and artistic journey. Recorded at iconic studios such as Angel, Abbey Road, and Eve Music Studio. The album showcases her collaboration with seasoned musicians and producers, bringing her artistic vision vividly to life.
